Admissions Number
Wycombe High School has a Published Admission Number of 192 places for Year 7, with around 1,300 pupils on roll across the school. Up to 12 of these places are reserved for qualified disadvantaged girls in catchment. The school is regularly oversubscribed, so a qualifying STT score combined with the Wycombe High School admissions criteria determines who is offered a place.
Catchment Area
The Wycombe High School catchment area is split into two sections, with girls in Catchment Area A given priority over those in Catchment Area B. Entry is based first on a qualifying STT score; where qualifying applicants exceed places, priority follows looked-after children, disadvantaged girls in catchment, catchment residence, siblings, and then straight-line distance from the school. Applicants in priority categories should complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF).
