THE ONE RULE TO REMEMBER
Phones off and out of sight. No photos or recordings of anyone.
Students may bring a phone for travel safety, but it is switched off and kept in a bag or handed in at the start of the session. The centre is not liable for loss or damage.
In mock exams, phones and smartwatches are handed in before papers are given out.
No student may photograph, film or record anyone at the centre or on Zoom.
If a parent needs to reach their child during a session, they call the centre office; the Office team passes on the message.
A student who is unwell tells the specialist; staff contact home, not the student.
Specialists do not use personal phones to photograph students or contact them.
A phone used against these rules is held by staff until the end of the session and the parent is told.
