Frequently asked questions?

We allow pupils to enrol in our course at any time – even in the middle of the school year – and we will still be able to help them improve and prepare for the assessment. However, we recommend enrolling your child at the beginning of the school year for the best results.

We use a personalised approach because we know that all children learn in different ways. This means that whether your child learns best with visual, auditory, reading and writing or kinesthetics, our tutors will know how to help them to get the best out of the course. We ensure that all tutors are equipped with the right tools to meet any child’s learning needs.

If you are not able to attend the physical lesson then it is important that you catch up on the missed work online before the next lesson so that you aren’t behind. This will allow tutors to keep track of how you are doing and ensure that you have all of the necessary preparation for the exam.

There will be weekly homework and it is essential that it is completed so that we can keep track of progress. Homework should not take longer than two hours per lesson.

It is essential that every student has support at home if they are to reap the full benefits of our tuition. Every student will be given comprehensive notes that cover the topics learned in lessons, so that parents and guardians can assist if they are having trouble. However, we advise that you avoid telling them the answer and guide them through the steps instead.

We do not offer refunds, but will aim to reschedule the lesson if your child has to miss it. If your child is sick and will not be able to attend, please let us know so that we can try to rearrange it, although this is not a guarantee. All of the content for missed lessons will be available online, so your child will be able to catch up regardless.

If we cancel a class then we will try to reschedule it for the benefit of the student. If this is not possible, we will refund your payment.

There will be varying amounts of homework depending on the lesson it is for and the year that the child is in. Homework will increase from year 4 to year 5.

Some of the benefits of getting kids excited about learning are that they are more likely to go through their schooling engagement, finish school to the best of their ability, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

One of the ways to help students feel more confident before their grammar school entrance exams is by making sure that they have enjoyed the learning process. This helps their confidence and prepares them for their tests.

Whether it is a group of siblings, a family with multiple children, or one-on-one lessons, we offer a range of affordable and flexible packages.

Each child has specific needs. We offer our services in many different settings, such as online, through home visits or our mobile app. Please contact us for a full list of prices for each subject and age group.
