We do not offer refunds, but will aim to reschedule the lesson if your child has to miss it. If your child is sick and will not be able to attend, please let us know so that we can try to rearrange it, although this is not a guarantee. All of the content for missed lessons will be available online, so your child will be able to catch up regardless.

If we cancel a class then we will try to reschedule it for the benefit of the student. If this is not possible, we will refund your payment.

There will be varying amounts of homework depending on the lesson it is for and the year that the child is in. Homework will increase from year 4 to year 5.

To get the most out of the booster classes, we always recommend starting at the beginning of the academic year, however, you can also enrol on any day of that particular academic year.

The Year Group Specific Booster classes are available for all year groups who are currently in years from 3, to GCSE. The sessions will be delivered in age-appropriate sessions with a focus on each child’s needs.
